Transform your automotive refinishing with the Kapci 625 High Build 2K Urethane Primer Kit, a professional-grade primer available in Gray, Black, White, or Yellow. Designed for use under 2K acrylic paints or basecoats, this primer offers excellent build and easy sanding for a smooth, durable finish on a variety of surfaces.
Key Features:
  • High Build Formula: Fills surface imperfections effortlessly, creating a smooth base for topcoats.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for air dry, low bake, or infrared drying; applies over steel (pre-primed with epoxy primer), fiberglass, polyester putty, OEM primers, and well-sanded existing finishes. 
  • Easy Mixing & Application: Mixes at a 4:1 ratio with the included hardener (optional 25% thinner for 4:1:1); applies smoothly with a 1.8mm or larger spray tip.
  • Fast Drying: Flash off in 5-10 minutes at 20°C (68°F); air dry in 3.5-4 hours, or oven bake in 30 minutes at 60°C (140°F).
  • Color Options: Choose from Gray, Black, White, or Yellow for optimal visibility and topcoat compatibility.
  • Professional Finish: Sands easily for a flawless final appearance, perfect for automotive and commercial projects.

  • 1 Gallon Kapci 625 Primer (Gray, Black, White, or Yellow)
  • 1 Quart Kapci 631 Hardener
Technical Details:
  • Mix Ratio: 4:1 (primer to hardener); optional 4:1:1 with urethane reducer
  • Coats: 2 full coats for 60-80 microns of thickness
  • Not Recommended For: Direct-to-metal (DTM) applications or spot repairs over thermoplastic acrylic/old lacquer finishes
